Virginia Ramos — Lawyer

Your lawyer

A lawyer between two worlds.

I’m Virginia Ramos. For 23 years I have been the trusted lawyer of international clients who choose Spain — to buy a home, to invest, to begin a new chapter.
My role goes beyond preparing documents. I structure each case, document it properly and present it in the legal language the Spanish authorities expect — so that your plans move forward with clarity and confidence.
My story with the English-speaking world began early: an Erasmus year at the University of Sheffield, followed by several months living and working in Britain. I learnt not only the language, but the way British and American clients think, decide and expect to be advised.

Málaga · Marbella · Seville

A city I chose.

Born in Málaga, I built my practice on the coast — first in Málaga, then in Marbella — before making Seville my home in 2017. I have chosen to live here, among its patios, its palaces and its light, and I know what it means to fall in love with this city.
I still work in both, and I still escape to the sea whenever I can.
I was among the first lawyers in Seville to build a practice exclusively focused on international property buyers and relocating clients. Since 2017, I have applied the expertise gained in the Costa del Sol’s international real estate market to help foreign investors, expatriates and second-home buyers purchase property in Seville and throughout Spain with confidence.

My mission

Legal certainty. Cultural understanding.
A true sense of belonging.

To help international clients build a secure and meaningful life in Spain — guiding them through property, residency and the move itself, with the confidence, protection and peace of mind to feel truly at home.

A decision I’m proud of

A client once fell in love with a country house near Seville. The due diligence revealed it could never be legalised. I advised her not to buy — and lost the transaction. She kept her peace of mind, and her trust in me.

It was not the first time, and it will not be the last. Honest expectations are not a slogan; they are how I work.

How I work

Few clients, much attention.
