What data I collect

• Data you send through the consultation form: name, email, country of residence, the service you need, budget and the details of your plans.
• Bank transfer details for the payment of the consultation and my fees, used only for invoicing and accounting.
• Data you share by email, WhatsApp or video call during the consultation and, if you instruct me, during the case.

Purposes and legal basis

How long I keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if you do not instruct me. Client files are kept for as long as professional and legal obligations require, including tax, anti-money-laundering and limitation periods.

Who receives your data

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be communicated to public authorities, notaries, Land Registries and consulates when your case requires it, and to service providers acting on my behalf: website hosting (Hostinger), email and my bank. Some of them may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@virginiaramos.com with a copy of your ID. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
